What is your return policy?

Return Policy Product Warranty Product quality is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If, after purchasing a product (or products) from NatuHerbs, a retail customer determines that it does not meet their expectations, the customer may return any unopened item(s) for credit or a full refund. This warranty applies only to products that have not been intentionally opened, misused, or damaged. If, for any reason, a customer is not 100% satisfied with a NatuHerbs product, customer service may accept any unopened container for return to NatuHerbs within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund. , credit or replacement.

Product return procedure All returns must be previously authorized by the Customer Service Department. Please call 1-888-936-5800 to schedule a return. Overstocked, obsolete or expired products cannot be returned for credit. Seasonal, discontinued or special promotional products are not returnable. Returns must be authorized by customer service over the phone before being shipped, otherwise the product will be discarded and no credit will be issued. Authorized returns must be shipped to the company's designated location in Bradenton, Florida. Customers must prepay shipping charges on all product returns. Accepted returns will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.


Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Product must be unopened and unused, product packaging must not be damaged or defaced. If you are returning a product due to shipping damage, please notify our customer service team and we will be happy to send you a replacement product in exchange. Products must be received back within 60 days of the original order. To return a shipment:
